Should your package be lost during transit we will gladly assist you in recovering your goods by initiating a trace from our end, however, we will not replace lost packages at our expense if shipping confirmation is obtained.

Customers are resposible for customs fees. These charges vary and are charged when your package reaches its destination country. We recommend that customers contact their local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied.

All wood tagz comes with a split ring. Although, once upgraded to an s-biner, we will not add the big split ring to your tag.

You may add an S-Biner microlock to your cart for an easy exchange between different collars and other accessories while giving security in their smooth functioning lock.
