Things You Need to Know

Each tag is stamped by hand one by one. Please keep in mind that each tag may vary, since they are hand stamped. Every tag will be unique!

Strictly NO refunds, returns or exchanges, since this is made to order,But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Should your package be lost during transit we will gladly assist you in recovering your goods by initiating a trace from our end, however, we will not replace lost packages at our expense if shipping confirmation is obtained.

Pawtagz are not responsible for delay of shipment or damaged items by the courier. We are also not responsible for any injury of your pets, please keep them supervised when they try to bite or chew tagz.

For International orders:

Customers are responsible for customs fees. These charges vary and are charged when your package reaches its destination country. We recommend that customers contact their local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied.
